The author mostly plays Skyrim Special Edition and he backports a lot of those features into Fallout 4. I also noticed my FO4 folder is set to read only. ENB Boost If you have 8GB of vram and want to use post-processing to make your game look better than ENB is the best solution. There's an image of my FO4 folder in case that helps.

Game Stuttering is a very common problem that can be faced by anyone, even if you have a high-end PC with a powerful graphics card, processor, tons of RAM, and equipped with all the latest gaming hardware.
